No. The cabins were planned as a place of rest. We encourage you to enjoy the beautiful garden together with your loved ones.

Each cabin has a limited number of guests allowed. If more people are coming with you, we will gladly suggest a different cabin to suit your needs.

No, for two reasons: They are not allowed in the cabin since there are many very delicate pieces.  Also, in the garden there are two beautiful dogs and other pets may not get along well.

The cost of your stay does not include a cleaning service. If you require it, you can ask for it when you reserve at an additional cost.

Five minutes away from the cabin, you can find a beautiful water spring to enjoy with your family.  If you are looking for adventure sports or activities, we can recommend specialists.

Yes, we have parking spaces inside the premises.

Rules and specifications

  1. At check in you will be asked to pay the total amount of the reservation and also leave an official identification card as a warranty which will be returned upon check out.
  2. Check in is at 1:00 pm and check out at 12:00 pm. We ask that you respect the schedule in order to avoid being charged for an additional night.
  3. It is not allowed to exceed the number of guests allowed in each cabin.
  4. Our spaces are decorated with lots of care and love. Please respectfully use the furniture and objects inside the cabin. In case something is damaged, report it to administration and cover the cost of it.
  5. Do not leave any valuable objects inside the cabin. In case of loss or damage, administration is not responsible.
  6. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins.
  7. Pets are not allowed.
  8. We have a grilling area at no additional cost. Please reserve before using it.
  9. A daily cleaning service is not included in the nightly rate. If you would like the service, ask for it when you make your reservation since it has an additional cost.
  10. There is no discrimination of any type regarding nationality, sexual, political, religious, or social condition at Cabañas Servin. Cabañas Servin reserves its right to refuse its services when the guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance, as well as if the guest is using the facilities for any other activity.
  11. The administration is not responsible for any accident and/or event the guest may suffer within its premises, such as falling, injuries, animal bites or stings, amongst others. The total amount which this accident or event accumulates will be covered by the guest exempting the administration of any type of legal responsibility.
  12. At the moment the guest leaves, the cabin will be checked to make sure that everything is in order. In case of any missing or damaged objects, they will have to be paid for by the guest.
  13. Please do not forget to return the key to the person in charge as you leave.

IMPORTANT

It is understood that upon your registration, the client and/or guest, knows and agrees tacitly to the totality of the rules and specifications of Cabañas Servin, therefore agreeing to all of the aforementioned points.
